CBD (cannabidiol) is a natural compound found in the female hemp plant. CBD is one of over 100 cannabinoids discovered in cannabis plants to date. Unlike THC, CBD does not cause any psychoactive effects.

CBD oil is an oil that contains CBD (cannabidiol). Depending on the manufacturer, CBD oils also contain a carrier oil. In our case, this is sunflower seed oil. Full-spectrum oils contain the full plant spectrum, which includes cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids.

CBD oil can be applied directly to the skin. Start with a low dosage and increase as needed. If you have sensitive skin, test the oil on a small area of skin first.
